amc make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, including specifications, sizes, and colors. However, due to variations in digital displays and the nature of print-on-demand products, there may be minor discrepancies between the product received and the product as seen on your screen.

2. Returns Policy:

a. Digital Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital products once the download has been made. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and images before making a product purchase.

b. Print-On-Demand Products: Our print-on-demand products are custom-made to your specifications. Returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless there is a printing error, size error, or color error. If you believe there is a printing, size, or color error, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to validate your claim.

3. Printing, Size, and Color Errors:

If you believe there is a printing, size, or color error with your print-on-demand product, please contact our customer support at designeranacollazos@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate your claim and, if deemed valid, provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order for a digital product at any time before downloading it. Once the digital product is downloaded, the purchase is considered final. For print-on-demand products, you may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun.

5. Intellectual Property:

All digital products sold on our website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not distribute, resell, or use our digital products for commercial purposes without express permission.

6. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the state of Arizona.

7. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check for changes periodically.
